3-Day Kickstart Program

EUR 9,900 + VAT

Intensive 3-day capability building for a team of 6-10 developers. By the end of the program, participants confidently use AI tools in their daily work and can pass on the knowledge internally.

Day 1 — Foundations, mindset, tools

  • How LLM-based AI works and how to think alongside it as a developer
  • Tool overview: Claude Code, Codex (primary focus, we adapt to your tooling preferences)
  • Wise stack review, pilot scope selection

Day 2 — Customization, workflows

  • Fine-tuning AI stack for your use cases, agent roles
  • Specification-driven development: how to write better specs
  • Toolstack setup: config files, prompts, repo integration

Day 3 — Hands-on with your backlog

  • Working on real tasks: refactoring, features, bug fixes
  • Pair programming with AI: live demo and practice
  • Wrap-up: individual action plan for each participant
